About Us

I am Thanecha Senat, Founder and CEO of AJO Consulting Services, LLC. I hold a Master's degree in Community Health Education and specialize in empowering Black women and families to navigate the beautiful journey of parenthood while preserving their individuality and sanity. With over a decade of experience in community health, education, and advocacy, including tenures at notable organizations such as the Health and Hospital Corporation, the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, and the NYC Board of Education, and as a certified Life & Relationship Coach and trained CAPPA Postpartum Doula, I bring a wealth of knowledge and passion. Through my consulting, coaching, and doula services, I provide resources, insights, and inspiration to help individuals thrive both as mothers and as their unique selves. Beyond my rich professional experiences, I am also the creative mind and voice behind The Oasis Podcast and an accomplished author.
